Nico’s Butterfly Beach House

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

There are 4 parking spaces at the home.

• Please keep driveways and your neighbours' access clear.
• Driveway fits 2 cars and the double garage fits 2 cars (2 m height limit).

Wi-Fi is included.

The network name and password are in your check-in details. If it drops out, switch the router off and on at the power point, wait two minutes, then message us.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

• Beds are made up with bed linen for your stay.
• Bath towels are provided.
• Beach towels are provided.

A maximum of 4 guests may stay at Nico’s Butterfly Beach House.

Please do not invite visitors without asking us first.

The kitchen is ready to cook in.

• A coffee machine is provided (Smeg espresso machine and grinder, with coffee supplied).
• There is a dishwasher.
• Cookware, crockery and cutlery are provided.

You can do laundry at Nico’s Butterfly Beach House.

• There is a washing machine.
• There is a dryer.

Air conditioning, Heating, Fans are available.

Split-system air conditioning in the dining area and Bedroom 1. Ceiling fans in the living area, balcony and both bedrooms.

There is a TV with streaming apps.

50-inch Smart TV with Prime Video and Spotify, plus a soundbar and DVD player.

Message us through your booking if anything is not working.

Please tell us as soon as you notice a problem so we can fix it quickly. Photos help.

No smoking or vaping anywhere at Nico’s Butterfly Beach House.

Please also avoid strong cooking or other odours that linger.

Parties and events are not allowed.

Gatherings above the number of guests on your booking are not permitted.

Pets are welcome, up to 2 (Dogs, by approval).

Please add your pet to your booking.

Please follow these rules if you bring a pet.

• Dogs stay on a lead outside the property.
• Please pick up after your pet.
• Pets stay off beds and furniture.
• Please do not leave pets alone in the home.
• Pets must be flea and worm treated.

There is a spa at Nico’s Butterfly Beach House for you to enjoy.

• The spa is heated and ready to use.
• Please put the cover back after use.
• Children must be supervised at all times.

There is a BBQ for guests to use.

• Please follow the instructions on the BBQ.
• BBQ tools are provided.
• Flat-plate BBQ and a Kamado Joe charcoal grill on the deck.
• Please clean the BBQ after use.

There is a fire pit at Nico’s Butterfly Beach House.

• Wood (firewood is free)
• The fire pit is not used on total fire ban days.
• Never leave a fire unattended and make sure it is out before bed.

The home has: smoke alarms, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit.

In an emergency call 000 for police, fire or ambulance.

For problems with the house, message us through your booking.

A few quick things before you go (check-out by 10:00 AM).

• Put rubbish in the bins.
• Run the dishwasher or wash up.
• Close and lock doors and windows.
• Turn off lights, heating and cooling.
• Leave used towels in the bathroom.
