Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

A maximum of 12 guests may stay at Anna's Beach House.

Please do not invite visitors without asking us first.

You can do laundry at Anna's Beach House.

• There is a washing machine.
• There is a dryer.

Message us through your booking if anything is not working.

Please tell us as soon as you notice a problem so we can fix it quickly. Photos help.

No smoking or vaping anywhere at Anna's Beach House.

Please also avoid strong cooking or other odours that linger.

Parties and events are not allowed.

Gatherings above the number of guests on your booking are not permitted.

Pets are welcome, up to 2 (Any size (dogs only, no cats)).

Please add your pet to your booking. Pet fee: $25.

Please follow these rules if you bring a pet.

• Dogs only. The yard is fully fenced.

• Put rubbish in the bins.
• Run the dishwasher or wash up.
• Close and lock doors and windows.
• Turn off lights, heating and cooling.
• Leave used towels in the bathroom.
