Rules and policies

Farm land: mind your step

Gadhvi Farms is a working farm, so a few things are different from a city stay.

  • Uneven ground: the ground is uneven in some areas. Please watch and mind your step to avoid trips and falls. There are a few outdoor steps to the entrance, and the house and Dome are reached by stairs.
  • Children and pets: never leave children or pets unattended. The property is fenced, but small dogs can sneak out through the fence.
  • Livestock: there are sheep on the property. Please do not feed or chase them.
  • Dam: there is a dam in the rear paddock. Keep children away from the water.
  • Shoes off inside: it is a farm and shoes get muddy. No dirty shoes inside the house or the Dome.
  • Shared areas: the car park, driveway, main gate, rear bush walk and paddocks are shared with other guests. Please respect the privacy of other visitors.
  • Fire: no smoking, and no open fire during total fire ban periods. Check the fire danger rating before you light the fire pit.
  • Water: the property runs on tank/bore water.
